As Tradewin’s global leader, Michael spearheads the continued growth in geographical coverage, customer engagement, and product development in North America, Europe, India, and the Asia Pacific Region. With over 20 years of experience in Trade Compliance and Global Logistics, he has an extensive working knowledge of the intricacies in verticals such as Retail/High Fashion, Tech, Aerospace, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Automotive. He brings his talents for common sense solutions to complex regulatory scenarios such as tariff classification, export controls, trade agreements, duty recovery and mitigation, training, and managed compliance programs.

Michael is a U.S. Licensed Customs Broker. He is IATA/FIATA certified and is a member of the International Compliance Professionals Association. He is a proud graduate of Boston College.

For more than 30 years, Larry has been working with the U.S. trade community designing and managing Customs duty & fee recovery programs for companies of every industry, including automotive, electronics, chemical, retail, and pharmaceutical. Prior to joining Tradewin, he served as Vice President of a prominent drawback brokerage firm in NY. Since 1999, Larry has been Principal for Tradewin’s US Drawback practice and is a frequent speaker on the subject of duty recovery and minimization programs.

Larry serves on committees for AAEI, National Customs Brokers and Forwarders Association (NCFFAA), and the ACE Trade Support Network. He is a Licensed Customs Broker and holds BBA degrees in Managerial Accounting and Finance from Pace University/NYC.

Rob Moore

As Principal for Tradewin's Canadian practice, Rob brings expertise in H.S. Classification, Valuation, North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Least Developed Country Tariff (LDCT), and General Preferential Tariff (GPT), as well as extensive experience with the automotive and textile industries.

In his 20 years in the customs industry, Rob has successfully obtained tariff relief from the Department of Finance for Canadian importers. Recently, he worked with petrochemicals to streamline the processes in the bonded movement of fossil fuels. He has provided detailed valuation guidance to both resident and non-resident importers. Rob has successfully assisted importers with their acceptance in the CBSA's Partners in Protection program.

As Principal of Tradewin in the Asia Pacific region, Marko manages Tradewin’s practices in Australia, Singapore, Thailand, Korea, China, Hong Kong and India. Prior to joining Tradewin, Marko worked in several capacities in the logistics industry including managing freight forwarding and customs operations. Marko has years of trade compliance experience and adding value to supply chains through various duty mitigation methods, involving Tariff Classification, Tariff Concession Orders, Valuation, Duty Drawback, Free Trade Agreements, and industry assistance schemes. Marko also assists clients in understanding the complexities of customs and trade compliance, and implementing programs to mitigate and manage associated risks, including AEO/Trusted Trader programs. Marko is a licensed Customs Broker in Australia and is fully accredited by the Department of Agriculture & Water Resources. He holds a Bachelor of International Business from the University of South Australia.

As Principal for Tradewin’s US consulting practice, Matt brings extensive experience in working with importers and exporters to perfect their compliance operations. He specializes in duty recovery programs, preferential trade agreement qualification, tariff classification, prior disclosures, and audit support.

Preceding this role, Matt was Principal of Tradewin’s European practice for five years, based in the United Kingdom. There, he managed a team of consultants across multiple European countries providing both tactical and advisory services for customers. Prior to relocating to the UK, Matt served as Tradewin’s Manager of U.S. Duty Drawback services, and as an Advisory Services Consultant.

Matt holds a Master of Arts degree in Diplomacy and International Commerce from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Furman University. He is a Licensed Customs Broker and is IATA/FIATA Certified. Matt is based in Boston, Massachusetts.

Before joining Tradewin Europe in 2016, Christian spend 8 years with Expeditors in different positions related to Customs and Compliance. Ranging from managing complex customs operations to defining the requirements for systems to enhance Custom and Compliance in operations.

Christian has extensive knowledge of the legal requirements for Imports, Export and Customs and understands both the commercial and the technical side of the Supply Chain.

Christian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Rotterdam Business School and is a licensed Customs Broker.

Norm joined Tradewin in 2011, continuing a successful career in international logistics and trade compliance that began in 1987. He has held the position of Trade Counsel for a logistics management firm and managed the Trade Compliance departments for several multinational corporations. Norm's technical background includes Focused Assessment, C-TPAT implementation, Free Trade Agreement compliance, and expertise in a broad spectrum of international trade topics.

Norm holds a B.A. from Middlebury College and a J.D. from Suffolk Law School. He is a licensed customs broker and is a member of the Massachusetts Bar.

Her current role employs her deep industry knowledge with practical expertise in business process engineering, compliance program management, and tactical and strategic consulting. Lindsay’s technical background includes HS classification, trade preference program compliance, and training.

Lindsay graduated from Warner Pacific University with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Human Resource Management. She is a US Licensed Customs Broker and a Certified Customs Specialist. Lindsay is based in Portland, Oregon.

Noel Chow

Noel leads the Tradewin Singapore and Malaysia practices having previously managed multiple Tradewin Asia regional projects as APAC Regional Manager. In addition to assisting clients understand and manage their compliance needs across a broad range of industry groups, Noel and his team have helped many organizations of varying sizes and stages in their compliance lifecycle to assess risk, develop knowledge of trade-related issues, and implement internal trade compliance programs both locally, and across Southeast Asia. Through his active involvement in ASEAN trade development, he has also lent his subject matter expertise to helping many professionals with trade and customs responsibilities appreciate broader trade policy perspectives in the countries that they operate in, and participate themselves in trade facilitation programs. Noel holds a customs competency certificate for declaring agents in Singapore, a law degree from the University of London, and a Master's in Public Administration from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore.

Cindy Chen, as the General Manager of Tradewin China, is responsible for the overall management and leadership of China operations. She leads a diverse team of professionals, which includes industry experts, ex-Customs officials, former Big-4 consultants, and seasoned classifiers in the market. With over 20 years of practical experience in all aspects of logistics, supply chain, customs, and trade matters, Cindy possesses an extensive knowledge base. Her invaluable advice assists companies in establishing an appropriate and sustainable supply chain strategy, which is critical in today’s complex and ever-changing business environments.


Prior to joining Tradewin, Cindy had a 12-year tenure at General Electric (GE), where she held a wide range of management roles for both China and the Asia Pacific region. During that time, she founded the Customs & Trade Compliance function for GE in China, setting a benchmark for various large multinational corporations worldwide. Before GE, she was with Emerson for 5 years, responsible for Asia Pacific logistics. Her innovative approach to logistics management led the changes for the entire market worldwide and demonstrated how to transform conceptual ideals into realities.


In addition to her vast professional experience, Cindy also has a solid educational background. She holds a master's degree in global EMBA from CEIBS, a bachelor's degree of International Trade from ECUST, and a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from the Project Management Institute. She’s on President of the Female Leadership Club for CEIBS to support CEIBS's alumni across genders and diversities with great initiatives and ideas.

Queena Lau

Queena manages our Tradewin Hong Kong team and oversees the Taiwan market, assisting businesses to understand and navigate customs and trade requirements in outbound markets such as the United States.

Queena advises customers in all areas of customs compliance and leads a team of specialists managing regional trade operations programs for publicly listed multinational businesses.  Prior to joining Tradewin in 2017, Queena was a Senior Manager in the Customs & Trade practice of a Big 4 consulting firm, previously based out of Shanghai and Hong Kong.

Queena is a speaker at external events and has held multiple workshops on regional trade compliance topics. She was a co-author for one of the sections in the book Governance, Risk and Compliance Management in China for German companies.

Queena graduated from the University of New South Wales with double majors in Business Economics and Finance. She is also a certified member of CPA Australia.

Ashutosh Nath

Ashutosh Nath leads Tradewin's India practice from his Mumbai office. For over 16 years, Ashutosh has been advising clients on various Customs and Indirect Tax issues across sectors in India. Prior to Tradewin, Ashutosh was working with a Big 4 consulting firm. Ashutosh has managed hundreds of assignments which include Advisory and Compliance related to Special Economic Zone (SEZ) and Free Trade Warehousing Zone (FTWZ); Free Trade Agreements (FTA), HS Classification & Customs Valuation; Customs and Trade Health Checks & Indirect Tax Optimization; Foreign Trade Policy including duty exemption schemes and credit scrips; GST Implementation in India and Dispute resolutions at various levels in India.

He is a Chartered Accountant, Lawyer, and Master in Commerce from Sydenham College, Mumbai University.

Prior to joining Tradewin, Steven was a Customs Brokerage Manager and has successfully counselled organisations on intricate supply chain and trade compliance matters, using his strong operational background to clearly explicate sophisticated, yet practical, solutions. His coverage of duty mitigation strategies, regulatory compliance management and interaction with other government agencies regularly includes consideration of excise, countervailing and anti-dumping duties, production assists, Tariff Concession Orders, By-Laws and Biosecurity regulations. Steven is a licensed Customs Broker in Australia, holds accreditation with the Department of Agriculture and Water Resources and has also completed a Bachelor of Applied Science with Queensland University of Technology.

He also has strong business acumen, helped by the financial aspect through professional knowledge of Economics and Business administration, which adds special value to the service for clients’ businesses.

Seungmahn is a Licensed Customs Broker in South Korea and Certified Supply Chain Professional endorsed by APICS, U.S. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Hongik University and an MBA from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), South Korea.

Shelley specializes in the development of processes, procedures, and tools to support import compliance, the appraisement of Import Merchandise, Preparation for Focused Assessment Audits, the development and implementation of internal audit programs and the application and Implementation of Trusted Trader Programs. Shelley holds a Customs Brokers license and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Oregon.

He has spent more than three decades in leadership roles overseeing international trade compliance including the positions of corporate Director of Operations and as Chairman of the Board of Directors for a large U.S. shipper's association.

Jim's technical background covers a wide range of international trade areas including harmonized tariff classification, valuation, anti-dumping and risk analysis. Jim is a graduate of North Shore Community College and majored in Business Administration at Salem State University. He is a member of the International Compliance Professionals Association and a US Licensed Customs Broker.

Son leads the Tradewin practice in Vietnam. With over 25 years of experience in customs and trade, he advises clients on Customs and trade-related matters in Vietnam.

Son’s career commenced with Vietnam Customs in 1997 where he spent 12 years in various capacities, including policy and enforcement, before transitioning to the consulting industry in 2009.  After leaving Vietnam Customs, Son served as a director in the Customs & Trade practice of a Big 4 consulting firm, assisting customers across all industries with professional advisory and trade data management.  Most recently, prior to joining Tradewin in 2024, Son was part of the Trade Facilitation Project (TFP) in Vietnam as the deputy director,  where he worked on initiatives with the Vietnam Department of Customs for implementing trade facilitation activities.

Son graduated from the University of Economics of Ho Chi Minh City with a Master of Business Administration.
